Cancellation

I’ve changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?

We understand that hasty decisions are made at times when it comes to shopping. You may choose to cancel your order through your Ascenshoppe account if the status of an order made is on-hold. However, for orders that are processing, please contact our Ascenshoppe team for more assistance. We are unable to cancel/exchange if the purchases are packed and ready to ship.

Exchange Policy

Can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately due to hygiene and ethical reasons, we do not allow the return of products after receiving the purchases. However, no exchange is allowed unless the wrong product is received, and please keep the Tax Invoice for exchanging the product. 

We seek your continuous understanding. You may contact our Ascenshoppe team for more details regarding the products before purchase.

If you received the wrong item, you can exchange within 7 days of receiving:

  1. The seal is tampered with upon receiving
  2. Products are not opened or used and in its original packaging
  3. We have sent you the wrong product from the invoice
  4. Damaged due to shipping

or

You may not exchange your purchase if:

  1. Purchasing the wrong product
  2. Allergies to the product
  3. Do not like the flavor or packaging
  4. You may contact our Ascenshoppe team for more details regarding the products before purchase.

Refund Policy

Unavailable products will be refunded in full or credited to your user account.
