Enjoy Free Delivery for orders placed above $40. For orders placed below $40, a $4 delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery and Delivery Time Frame

We are committed to continually striving for customer satisfaction in the products we deliver and the services we provide. Our AscenShoppe Delivery Team delivers your purchases to your doorsteps.

Please kindly enter the time slots and dates that you are available or we should avoid delivering your purchase to you via the shipping address at the customer notes upon checkout. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow ample time for orders to arrive. We will try our best to deliver your purchase to you as per your requested time frame. We seek your understanding when we are unable to meet a certain requested time frame.

The delivery time frame is from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday and there will be no delivery on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays. Any order placed after the cut-off time will be brought forward to the next subsequent working day. Orders placed on any Friday after the cut-off time will be considered orders received on the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays will be considered orders received on the following working day.

The daily ordering Cut-off time is at 3.00 pm. Any changes, additions, or cancellations of the item(s) must be done within 12 hours (business days) after the cut-off time. These changes can be done by contacting our Ascenshoppe Team at info@ascenshoppe.com.sg or dropping us an email the contact us or calling us on 6364 0904.

Please ensure that you or your appointed receiving party is present during our delivery of your purchase to your shipping address. We will give you a call before delivering your purchases to inform you. During the absences of receiving party upon our delivery, your purchases shall then be re-delivered to you however; the delivery time and date would have to be rescheduled. Hence, delivery of purchase may be delayed.

Delivery Areas We deliver purchases to addresses within Singapore only.
